A Legacy of Precision
Our growth is a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality. From a local design boutique to a multi-billion naira infrastructure firm, every step has been calculated for maximum impact.
The Blueprint Stage
Vickland was established as a design-focused architectural consultancy in Lagos. We focused on disrupting the traditional design-bid-build model by introducing highly integrated BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
Vertical Integration
Recognizing the gap between design intent and site execution, Vickland expanded into full-scale civil construction. By acquiring proprietary heavy machinery and building an in-house team.
Life-Cycle Stewardship
The launch of our Facility Management division completed our integrated service loop. We transitioned from being just "builders" to being "asset stewards," utilizing IoT-based building management systems.
Sustainable Frontier
We are now Nigeria's leading firm for green-certified builds. Every new project incorporates renewable energy integration, greywater recycling systems, and carbon-negative materials.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policy
The greatest concern in the workplace is the health and safety of our workforce, our clients, and the environment. We make safety our number one concern, with strict compliance on safety and environmental hazards.
We recognize the need for continuous steps towards the development of a comprehensive structure, designed to create a safety policy for the company, ensuring a "safe company" environment.
